Regional Account Manager (Endemic-Pharmaceutical)
In this noteworthy career opportunity for ENT, BH and AP magazines, the savvy sales individual will be responsible for the "Pharma" territory sales strategy, establishing new clients, growing a core set of accounts and meeting established individual and territory revenue goals.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Generates new business and maintains existing accounts in region by developing and implementing strategic and tactical advertising programs that target clients’ marketing objectives.
- Assesses client needs through consultation and Analyze and review competitive environments and their impact on advertisers, enabling the development of new business through prospecting.
- Creates advertising proposals, contracts and presentations for accounts media kits, and market reports as necessary, communicating clearly with vendors and publication audience to enhance sales and brand image within the industry.

Our mission is to continue to create, acquire, and build conferences and webinars that enhance the experience for readers, capitalize on the content, and expand upon the Vendome brand We are in search of a Registration Manager
The highly motivated, entrepreneurial, candidate will plan, coordinate and manage all aspects of registration as well as the attendee customer service and feedback for tradeshows, conferences, and webinars with 200 – 4,000 attendees executing current and new approaches / procedures for continual improvements in the efficiency and effectiveness of the overall processes.
- Primary responsibilities include;
- Develop a relationship with an external registration company
- Develop on-site solutions, and incorporate a lead-tracking system
- Set up and maintain all events on internet-based registration system
- Manage pre, post and on-site registration process, including data collection, event set up, event reporting, technical requirements, and onsite team management
- Statistical and financial reporting for events
- Manage production of registration materials (forms, mailers, badge holders, etc.)
- Manage Continuing Education Credits process
Qualifications for this position include a college degree with 2 years prior events/registration experience. Excellent Customer Service skills coupled with Database Management aptitude, the ability to communicate both written and verbally to multiple audiences and strong organizational and team management skills. Travel to related events required (30%).

PART TIME Marketing Communications Specialist
The Marketing Communications Specialist will be responsible for the planning and execution of internal and external marketing programs to promote the products, capabilities and successes of CIS and to build and secure brand equity driving business results. Key tasks for this position include;
- Develop weekly messaging to our current client base as well as all current and past qualified prospects.
- Develops editorial/journalistic and media contacts as appropriate for the Company's businesses.
- Assists in the creation and maintenance of content for CIS’s media and public information web site.
- Identify and utilize specific web marketing, trade show activity, and direct marketing avenues
- Monitor, track and evaluate results of promotional activities and communication efforts.
- Utilize consumer insights from Competitive Intelligence and Global Market Research Insight to build end use market specific brand and communications.
Prerequisite includes a Bachelor's degree, preferably in communications, marketing or other liberal arts and 3 plus years of professional writing experience with the ability to edit and produce quality pieces and a high level of proficiency in MS Office applications.
